Last week was an interesting week. We had a person file a complaint with the EEOC because we have asked our teachers to sign our Statement of Faith and Lifestyle Agreement. This should not be an issue because as a religious organization we have the right to make employment decisions based on our religious beliefs. Please pray that this complaint does not cause us any problems.
We have an interview with a potential theology instructor this Wednesday. Please pray that we have wisdom on whether this is the right person for us.
