The Worship Arts Conservatory board met over the weekend and we selected 5 top priorities for 2018-2019.
Internships, Enrollment, Finances, Volunteers, Location.
Strategic planning meetings are funny things. When you get done, you often look at the plan and realize how obvious it is. And yet, the clarity doesn’t happen until you stop long enough to do a little pray and planning.
We are still working on the details of the plan, but at least we have a clear picture of where we need to focus our activity. More to come …
