WAC Update May 6, 2013

The Worship Arts Conservatory is now half way through its online fundraiser.  Here is both the good and bad news.  On the positive side, we have raised enough to file our 1023 form.  Why is this form important?  Because it will allow us to become officially tax exempt and for donations to be tax deductible.  On the less positive side, we have raised only 10% of our goal.

What happens if we cannot raise all of our goal?  Basically it means that we will need to do more of our work through volunteer methods.

Will you still try to start the college if you do not reach the goal?  Yes, we will continue to move forward.  Having less available funds means that the process may move slower than desired.

How can you help us reach our goal?

  • Pray.  This is a God sized mission that will only succeed with God’s blessing.
  • Share our post with everyone.  Go the Worship Arts Conservatory Website and share one of our blogs.  Share one everyday!  Go to our fundraising page and share the main page.  Go to our gallery page and share our videos.  Go to our Facebook page and like us.  Go ahead.  Do it now!  You’ll feel better when you do 🙂
  • Tell others about us.  You know someone who would benefit from the Conservatory- someone who would love to get the training or someone who is excited about visual or performing arts.  Take a few minutes to tell them about the Worship Arts Conservatory.
  • Make a contribution, even if it is small.  Every contribution shows support and encourages others to give as well.  So far, no one has given a one dollar donation.  Be the first to give a dollar and encourage your friends to do the same.
